Complete
Torque-Angle-Tension Measurement system for testing Threaded
Fasteners, Coating, Finish Plating.
This systems is comprised of DC Drive Tool, PC Programmable
controller, MC900 Transient Recorder, Rotary Torque/Angle Transducers,
Clamp Force Load Cells, Sliding Assembly, Holding Carriages
and Bolt/Nut Plates. This system allows you to program Electric
DC tools with extensive tightening strategies through PC, Measure
Input Torque, Angle of rotation, Thread Torque and Tension through
MC900 Transient recorder. MC900 calculates Underhead Torque,
Overall Coeficient of Friction, Underhead Coeficient of Friction
and Thread Coeficient of friction. Extensive graphical and statistical
analysis in MC900 enables the user to generate the required
test reports.
Measures:
Input Torque, Tension, Nut Torque, Angle of Rotation, Ultrasonic
Load, Elongation Calculates:
Under Head Torque, Under head friction, Total Friction. Thread
Friction
Components:
-Aluminum Flat Base
-Angle plate to hold the nutrunner with Screw Jack
-NutRunner
-Torque Transducer Holder
-Load Sensor Holder
-Nut holder
-Slide mechanism with Spring Loaded push
The
Torque Transducer Carriage:
Adjustable Grip and Height, Capable of holding any type of
Torque transducer. Solid positioning of the transducer. Accurate
angle measurement.
Rubber holding jaws to withstand shock and being able to hold
transducers firmly
Angle
Plate DC tool holder:
Can hold variety of nutrunners from different manufacturers
(Stanly, Atlas Copco, Techmotive, Bosch, Micro Control)
Fixed 90 degree Angle plate with Adaptor plates to fit different
nut runners.
Screw Jack to hold heavy Nutruuners to distribute the weight
evenly
Load
Cell Carriage:
Capable of holding various capacity load cells. Bumpers on the
cradle to prevent from damaging other cradles.
Variety of plates and cups to fit different sizes of bolts M4-M26
Nut
Holder Carriage:
Solid Steel with 1" Square drive. It is equipped with lock
mechanism and Push air spring. With adaptors to size down to
smaller drives. A torque transducer can be used in line with
socket to measure the Nut Torque. The gas spring provides a
consistent force in pushing the Nut towards the head of the
bolt.
Gas
Spring to push the Nut Holder with constant force towards the
head of the bolt
DC
Tool Drives:
DC Tools are available in a variety of speed and torque configurations,
depending upon the size and type of fasteners. Any of commonly
used DC Tools can be used as a Drive mechanism. Atlas Copco,
Stanley Tools and Bosch are among the most commonly used tools
in fastening operations. All of these DC Tools are supplied
with a programmable controller. The MC900's Computer is used
to program the DC tools as well. This would provide a large
selection of choices in selecting proper DC tool.
Only
two bolts needs to be loosened in order to change the nutrunner.
Different
sizes of plates (with square coupon inserts) and cups available
to fit all sizes of bolts
